Basketball Queensland is the peak governing body for basketball in Queensland established in 1946, recognised by both the State and Federal Governments, Basketball Australia (BA) and the NBL.

We have 34 affiliated member associations across the state, encompassing regional areas from North Queensland to Mount Isa and right through to the Gold Coast and the Southern Downs.

We are committed to delivering outstanding competitions, development programs and high level governance for more than 40,000 basketball players, coaches, officials, and administrators across the state and bringing basketball to the forefront of the Queensland sporting landscape.
